Driven by her first passion in hospitality, Emily tried to find an alternative to fresh and artificial flowers to help restaurant and hotel owners to reduce their floral and garden budgets. 

Working with preserved botanicals in garden installations helps reduce the impact that artificial flowers may have on the environment whilst having the same benefits of beauty and longevity.


 

Circolo Popolare - London

We’ve recreated a Babylon garden in the heart of Fitzrovia, London, for the glorious Circolo Popolare, part of the Big Mamma group family. The goal was to recreate an “al Fresco” feel in their Sicilian trattoria.

Carmelo - Lyon

The latest Big Mamma restaurant in Lyon, set in the old Lyon, we creating a hanging botanical canopy using preserved Hydrangeas, Ferns, Ruscus, various Eucalyptus, Ivy and Coculus.
